I regret to inform you of the recent death
of Willis Charles Shafto, age 59, of Concord, CA.
Willis Charles was the son of Kenneth Shafto,
one of my dad's brothers, who died as a result of
wounds incurred in WW II.

Willis Charles would have been 60 years old on Oct. 4.

Highland Park, IL (AP) -- Doctors here confirmed the sighting of a new 
Shafto, born to Claudia and Eric Shafto of Lake Forest, IL.  Experts were 
initially skeptical.  "She smells too good to be a Shafto," said one, who 
wished to remain anonymous.

The Shafto, now called Robin Dorothy, weighs 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 
first seen at 2:04 on October 5, 1995.
